HIGH RANGE WATER REDUCER WITH LOW SLUMP LOSS AND FOR HIGH CLAY
RATIO AGGREGATE
Technoplast R Plus is a high degree water reducer and superplasticizer additive
for concrete. It provides low slump loss and increases the workability. It provides
good workability although high clay ratio in aggregate.
ADVANTAGES
Regarding the dosage used requirement of gauging water can be reduced by 12
to 20 % Regarding the dosage used minimizes the slump losses. Increases the
workability time without the risk of segregation. Gauging water requirement can
be reduced without affecting the workability. Designed to eliminate the water
absorption of clay particles in the aggregate which causes high water/cement
ratio. Regarding the clay type and content amount tests should be done at the
concrete lab or jobsite. During setting of the concrete, increases the reaction rate
of strength gain. Compatible with other Agel Chemicals additives. Reduces the
water/cement ratio in order to obtain homogeneous and compact concrete
